As a nurse-turned-executive with over 20 years of clinical, operational, and leadership experience, I’ve built my career at the intersection of compassion and innovation. I’m a rare mix of hands-on caregiver, consultant, educator, clinical data analyst, sales strategist, and visionary thinker; someone who understands both the heart and the “how” of building better senior care systems. My journey has taken me from the hands on care to high-impact strategy (and everywhere in between), empowering communities and teams to use technology not just to treat, but to prevent. Not just to monitor, but to understand. Not just to react, but to transform the future of aging.
Born and raised in the Midwest, my work is grounded in people, purpose, and progress. Whether I’m building executive-level partnerships, leading teams to implement new technology, or analyzing trends to improve outcomes, I believe care is an act of love and how we care is a reflection of what we value most.
I’m passionate about bridging the gap between innovation and empathy, building teams and solutions that don’t just perform, they inspire. I love translating data into stories that shape decisions, and designing strategies that empower caregivers and leaders alike. I don’t believe in choosing between clinically sound care and operational excellence. We can and must have both.
Outside the office, you’ll find me just as committed to balance and joy. I’m a coffee-fueled dog mom to three Great Danes (Goose, Walker, and Tanner), a golf enthusiast with an always-improving swing, and my daughter’s biggest fan at every volleyball game (loud cheers, proud mom vibes, and all). I am a firm believer that a little humor and humanity go a long way; in business, in leadership, and in life.
And whether I’m in the strategy room, a care community, cheering on a volleyball match, or walking a 278-pound dog named Walker, one thing remains true: I show up with heart, with intention, and with a drive to make it better; for the people who give care, and the people who receive it.
